brand
Developing the core identity and visual direction for a proposition that needed to feel contemporary, digital and distinctive without looking like another generic telecom brand.
Brand · Market · Product
Tiino began with a proposition that needed to be shaped before it could be marketed: who the product was really for, where the strongest vertical opportunities existed, which technology partner could support the model and how the whole experience should feel to customers.
Marketta worked across brand, research, proposition, technology choice, website, messaging and customer-interface app development to help turn the idea into a coherent offer.
The challenge
The opportunity was broader than a single consumer segment, which made early market choices critical. The business needed a clear view of which verticals offered the strongest combination of customer need, commercial potential and strategic fit.
That meant doing the market work before locking the proposition too tightly. The brand, partner choice and digital experience all needed to support the same customer promise rather than being designed independently.
What Marketta delivered
The engagement moved from understanding the market to defining the proposition and then building the customer-facing experience around it.
Developing the core identity and visual direction for a proposition that needed to feel contemporary, digital and distinctive without looking like another generic telecom brand.
Assessing the market and identifying the verticals where the proposition could solve a meaningful customer problem. This work helped focus commercial effort and informed how the offer should be framed for different use cases.
Evaluating the role of technology partners against the product vision, customer experience and commercial model. The objective was to select a route that could support the proposition rather than force the business to reshape itself around technical constraints.
Turning the proposition into a clear public-facing story. Website structure, copy and visual presentation were designed together so visitors could quickly understand what Tiino is, who it is for and why the offer is relevant.
Designing and building the customer app around the moments that matter most: joining, understanding the service, managing connectivity and interacting with the product in a way that feels consistent with the Tiino brand.
Customer experience
A strong brand promise means very little if the product experience feels unrelated to it.
The customer interface therefore became part of the proposition work, not an afterthought. The visual language, messaging and interaction patterns needed to reinforce the same sense of clarity and control promised by the wider brand.
The outcome
The value of the work was creating continuity between the market opportunity, the chosen technology route, the message customers see and the product they ultimately interact with.
That gives Tiino a clearer foundation for future growth because new verticals, campaigns and product developments can build on a proposition that has already been considered from both a commercial and customer perspective.
